no USB-C ports on computers and tablets
I was having trouble identifying my SSD which I use for USB backup. Tried and tried to fix it but to no avail. When connected to another laptop, he immediately identified it. But not on this. It's a refurbished laptop and he's not happy with it. The battery doesn't last long. Has no USB-C ports.
