Today's Best Hard Drive Enclosure

Meets expectations Customer service is quick and responsive. They explained and gave very clear instructions on how to set it up. The SSD I use is a Samsung 1TB evo. The adapter boots fine and the read/write speeds on the test bench are around the rated performance.

Update: not what I thought!

UPDATE. My previous experience with this product was based on the case being on the fan outlet of my desktop computer. When I moved the case to my laptop (no fan) I constantly had trouble ejecting the drive from Windows 10 on its own. This all turned out to be very hot without the fan blowing constantly. I spent about 90 minutes transferring data from hard drive to my laptop. About every 5 minutes it shut down and I had to air it with a card to cool the temperature and then transfer a few more…

Very reliable machine!

Works as it should. Easy installation without tools, high speed. Good thermoregulation thanks to the aluminum body.
