Level 5 is the best value product if the tool is to be used .

This is the second purchase from Level 5. I have items from a variety of other companies and big box stores that I will be pitching. From now on, I'll seek out Level 5 products for my projects. They don't rust, period! And, they do the job very well. Other similar products I've tried eventually loose their protective coatings, even then when cleaned and immediately dried show rust by the next day. Level 5 is the best value product if the tool is to be used more than once.

  • Works as expected and less than big box store. Very happy with quality and sturdiness.

  • The hammer end may be ineffective or unnecessary for most users

Quality Mudding Knife

1st time purchase with this brand, and was VERY satisified with the overall quality and workmanship, as its getting harder to find quality tools, even Lowes is dropping their lifetime tool replacement on any "newly" purchased Kolbalt, now that that they carry the "once" use to be good Craftsman tools-sadly have not bought any Craftsman for the last 4 yrs and wont any more. Will buy Level 5 Brands again. :-)

Best Knife for Shaping Sour Dough Bread

This 8-inch taping knife is the perfect size for shaping taut sour dough loaves of bread. The stainless steel blade is food safe and the handle very comfortable in the hand. I wasn't able to make such perfect loaves with an ordinary bench knife, but this one makes shaping easy, which means less handling of the dough and better oven spring. And I love the red handle. It's MY new favorite tool and not going anywhere near the garage!

Great drywall knife

I am VERY happy with this drywall knife.If you prefer reviews from professionals, this is not one. But I have done a lot of drywalling, and currently doing several more rooms. This 10-inch knife filled a gap in my existing tools. Pic shows the drywall knives I'm using. Three are Level 5 -- all great.Comfortable handle. Good blade. Worked great. Feels as good as the two knives that have been my go-to tools. Stainless steel is absolutely the way to go. The other knives always rust, then rust gets

Doesn't rust and just the right amount of flex

Really like how this knife works for me. It's stiff yet flexes easily enough to feather out joint compound. Had problems with past knives where they rusted ; this one doesn't.

A well made arrow straight knife with a comfortable handle that works like it should and cleans up well and no rusting! The blade may be too stiff for precise taping work!

Warped tool was sent in a bag

So level5 alwase has amazing tools BUT the one that was sent to me was warped Its unusable I hate that it came in a bag that's why its all bent up

Sticker a problem good for me

The sticker comes off of the stainless steel knives easily but not on these. That's my review! A pain in the ass getting residue off blade.

Tiny, Tiny Handle for my opinion

Tool is useless. The handle is sized for little kids. It looks good, but is worthless. Unless you have tiny, tiny hands, do not buy level 5 knives.

Excellent sparkle blades

Bought these for my husband for Father’s Day and it was like Christmas morning when he opened them. He was so happy with them and loves them. Top of the line blades. Ps. Thanks for the hat!

Lightest KNife I have usedMetal ends for nail poundingSHarp blade, SHARP !Comes with plastic blade cover (Dont lose it, keep it on the blade when not in use)The flex is amazing for cutting your edge.Soon I will have a full Set of Level 5 knives when my USG's wear out.
