Sensor and switching relay in one unit. 360 degrees field of view with approximately 530 sq. ft. of coverage when mounted at 8 ft. Adjustable Delayed OFF time setting between 20 seconds and 15 minutes allows custom adjustment for maximum savings. LED indicator light flashes when sensor detects motion, to verify power placement and function of sensor at installation. Segmented Fresnel lens contains 79 segments for optimum sensitivity and detection performance.

Motion Detectors: Security & Surveillance

Used three Leviton ODC0S-17W with good results. All in school toilets where the lights are never turned off. Save big money on utility bills.

These are useless junk parts

I'm an electrician and I'm turning 8 of these parts over. The installer connected them in parallel at several points. Some don't work. Three or four are stuck, and one when disconnected turns on first, when reconnected then turns off and stays off. They are useless pieces of junk.

Short life Suitable for security and surveillance

I maintain two 15,000 buildings. When we remodeled two years ago, a contractor installed four of these Leviton ODCOS-17W units and five Legrand Watt Stopper WATT STOPPER CI-355-0 occupancy sensor, PIR, ceiling, white units. This is house 277B. All four Leviton units failed, three stuck and one stuck. All Watt Stopper blocks are fine.
