It's a good flash drive, but it's just slow. Moving large files to a flash drive takes a lot of time. I think it's a compromise as it doesn't get as hot as other flash drives because the write speed is slower.

write speed is pretty good. Can write a 5GB file in 2.5 minutes. As another reviewer pointed out, the writing speed goes up and down. But I don't care as long as it works and is reliable.
