Lextree is a cloud based contract management software that allows you to create, edit, and track contracts.

Been using lextree for the past 2 years now and its great, so far I've used them to manage contracts and agreements for my new start up. My last gig was managing 12,000+ agreements and if that's anything to go by, you should look into them! You get the full service package, they'll send you templates to fill out so you don't have to reinvent the wheel everytime. And best of all, they're very transparent and let you know when something's wrong. Very happy with the level of service they provide…

Pros
  • If not they're nice enough to tell you what needs to be done to get things going.
  • There are plenty of templates available and you can always ask them for help setting things up if needed
  • They provide great reports and dashboards
Cons
  • Pricing
  • Need more documentation around how to use their API/Services (they claim you can integrate directly into your apps)
  • Their pricing is somewhat confusing at first glance (some plans are cheaper than others), especially when they offer services such as automatic document generation
