I bought two of the 29 inch monitors to use one vertically for encoding and it worked really well. Streaming movies and TV shows was great, no complaints. For those looking for a gaming monitor. , it may not be the best choice. On a monitor some colors stand out more than others and overall it looks bad. However, if you take the time to tweak all the display settings, you should be able to get decent quality. Ultimately, I think these monitors are worth their price for the price they offer.

I needed an HDR monitor for editing and 4K high dynamic range video content. I have the same clumsy setup other people use but had no trouble connecting to my 16 inch MacBook Pro. Just get a decent USB-C to HDMI adapter, don't use that cheap junk. This is a great IPS panel for the price! With this monitor I can edit my drone 4K with all my videoscopes. I bought it to use with the Mac Mini M1. The split screen feature didn't bother me as I know how to dock Windows in macOS. I bought it because it's widescreen. Good quality and great price. It's the best ultra-wide 29-inch screen out there, but it's not perfect. Key Points: This is a pure 1080p screen. So if you're used to MacBooks and iPhones, you'll find that the quality isn't that great. Viewing angles are TERRIBLE, you have to sit across from each other to see it. Some people think that the stand doesn't tip but it does, you just have to push it harder. LOTS of IPS bleeds on blacks.

The pictures I took don't do it justice, but it's a great looking monitor that's perfect for what I need.
