Does not fit mop head

I have had a Libman mop for several years. The mop itself is very strong so I held onto it even though the attachments were hard to come by. When I saw the supplement at Revain, I ordered it only to find that the shape had changed. The inside of the mop is curved while the top of the filler is square. This made it very difficult to get supplies. My husband was able to put the spatula on the mop but it doesn't close tight enough to squeeze the water out. I will no longer buy Libman products.

Pros
  • Household needs
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Didn't know Libman sold replacement parts that easily

Mops without the ability to change the tip easily cost twice as much. There's nothing quite like getting upset over a worn mop. Liebman appears to have solved the problem by selling a durable Host handle paired with a working "hook" replacement. Gone are the days of hand wringing that $2.50 ($10 and up today) mop or needing a $50 wringer bucket [unless you're into serious commercial blues. but that's a different category than what a kitchen mop is supposed to do. ].

Pros
  • Replacement sponges
Cons
  • No power

Do not buy this mop filling; falls apart quickly

About 2-3 years ago Libman changed the design of the replacement heads for their roll mop. To be honest, the current style (#2016) is not worth buying. The sponge is much softer; the stem is rounded, not flat; and it doesn't have a mop strip on one end like the original model. The main problem is that it breaks down quickly. Large chunks fall out for no apparent reason. (I always sweep the kitchen and bathroom before mopping, so there's nothing on the floor to pry large chunks of sponge out of…

Pros
  • Accessory
Cons
  • Requires socket
