Beautiful! Amazing value for money. This is so you can either install it permanently or use a cable (which I will definitely use as I am currently renting but can install it permanently if I buy my house). It does not come with a backlight. I have to buy it separately (no big deal) and it does require some assembly to keep it plugged in and working, but it comes with instructions and seems very easy to set up. Next day delivery received! Brilliant!

Paint started peeling right out of the box. Very poor quality paint (brittle) on the lantern body. The more I did this to figure out my installation strategy, the more paint chips came loose. Aggravating. However, I have to say that the lamp body itself is really good and has the right powder coating. I would give 5 stars for the lamp itself and zero others. I found them very easy to install and assemble. I would have preferred the fork to be a bit longer, otherwise no complaints. Received my first light fixture and was so excited. I hung them up right away. Only to find (when they were hung) that there is no switch on the cord and the light does not come on. I sent them back and they sent me a second set of lights. I opened the packaging to make sure the cables had switches (they did). I checked the rest of the pears to make sure everything was in place.
