Product Fails Simple Task

The chuck - the component that tightens or loosens when rotated clockwise or counterclockwise - initially caught the drill even when some pressure was applied to the drill. Halfway through a QUARTER INCH (0.25 inch) piece of sea driftwood (for jewelry) the chisel tip became blunt and stopped moving - a little more pressure was applied to finish the hole. No luck - the drill won't drill any further and the chuck just loosens up, allowing the drill to spin, rendering this tool useless for a job…

Very bad quality. but it worked

Good at first. Chuck is fine. The plastic body is ok. You have done your job. will I hold on to them? Probably not. These drills are really poorly made. They are *very* coarse and when I got them they were caked in the milling medium. Many of the bits were noticeably uneven when unpacked. Also, they're not sorted, so you'll have to use a fairly subtle measuring tool and iterate over the heap to figure out which bit is which. The beats are terrible. UPDATE

I'm generously giving two stars for the case, screwdriver handle and tweezers. The beats are absolutely terrible. About a quarter of them have really messed up points, some are even bent to the point of being useless (most small details). Others have little to no cutting edge/point; it's useless. Then there are those in which the helix is half normal and half almost straight; So no spiral at all. There are about 12 large bits in total that can be used without ruining your work.
