LightCrest Is Great Customer Support

The best thing about lightcrest is that they have the best customer support. They are always willing to help and are always on the look out for their customers. The customer support team is always willing to help. They have a great product and I have never had any problems with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have never had any problems with them. I have used them for many years now and have never had any problems. I highly recommend them. I used to have a website that I used to sell

Exceptional Hosting & Fantastic Customer Service

The customer service is exceptional, they are very responsive to issues that arise from time-to.-time in our business as well with other clients hosted through their platform! It's been great working alongside them for such an extended period of years now!! Nothing really at this point - but if there were I would be sure it was addressed promptly. Zoho CRM - Great tool at an affordable price

I like that they are constantly trying to improve the product, and their customer support is always quick to respond. They also have a good number of resources for various tasks we need completed. I dislike having to use a different platform for some things (mail, calendar) because it's not integrated with other services where we already have accounts. It would be great if there were more options for integration, but I don't expect that to change anytime soon. We're solving for our email…

Fantastic Hosting experience: Lightcrest

They offer great support, excellent communication is key to their success! It's hard for me personally as I am located in Europe but they are always very quick with responding any questions or issues that we might have (even if it happens at 2am). There was some downtime recently which caused us concern however after contacting them immediately all our concerns were addressed quickly by both technical staff & management team alike - no complaints from my end!!
