I took a chance and what an incredible carpet cleaner. My bottle leaked on delivery but luckily it wasn't too bad and 90% of the product was left over so I decided to keep it to myself. Considering it's made from alcohol, it speeds up drying time by about 75% (no kidding). It cleans and disinfects like no other I've tried. I hope that if I ever buy this again the manufacturer makes sure the cap is tight and the seal on the bottle is not broken. Tell me how good it is, I'll take a chance and buy
