HIGHEST CALIBER NUCLEAR GRADE MEDIA:- Our Deionization Media provides optimal performance for the membrane. The higher the rejection rate of the membrane the longer the DI will last. Essentially the DI canister is polishing off the remaining TDS of the membrane and therefore fewer TDS out of the membrane making the DI last longer & perform at a peak filtration rate. UNPARALLELED QUALITY:- This supreme anion resin is a Type I strongly basic gel resin with an indicator dye that changes from Blue to light brown as the resin exhausts. This makes it easier to know when to replace the DI. Comes in air-sealed multi layered packaging to ensure a shelf life of 1 year. The cation component is a strong acid sulfonated polystyrene gel type cation exchange resin. EXTREME DURABLILITY:- Our LiquaGen transparent canister filters for aquarium housing is made with an almost unbreakable polyethelyene which mitigates cracking if the cartridge is accidentally dropped. This special housing allows for an internal viewing of the resin, which will help monitor when it gets depleted. Great resin and deionized resin canister

Tap water 198ppm, reverse osmosis water 10ppm and deionized water 0ppm in TDS and EC. I don't know yet how much water I'll get at this purity, but then I can fill the canister with new deionized resin. The product was well packaged, with two 1/4 threaded fittings and two brackets.

It's a great alternative to remove dissolved minerals from drinking water.

This is a great alternative for removing dissolved minerals from drinking water. I installed the cartridge in our fridge's water inlet and now it's making crystal clear ice. When the resin runs out, simply replace with bulk resin available online. It's very economical and works great. The seller provided excellent support. The first cartridge was lost in the mail. The seller immediately sent a replacement at no additional cost.

Amazing cartridge, long life

I use this filter with a 3 stage Purewaterclub Ro/Di filter, Di Burend is quite fast and I have used it as a spare, my TDs come in between 4/ 8 out Mine ro I've already made 100 gallons of Di water and just noticed the tiny speck is starting to change color by the looks of it should I be able to get a bit more, I'll be making more of it buy or at least media to refill, I'm very happy about that. also a final note, TD out of the faucet ranges from 380 to 200 tds ro falls to 4/8 tds from di 0 tds

Filters are quickly exhausted

I am a bit skeptical about this product. This worked great for my reef tank, bringing my TDS down to 0. However, I only got 30 gallons of water at 0 TDS. The difilter is already exhausted, it has turned completely orange and is now reading 0.02 0.03 TDS after only 30 gallons of water. I think I expected it to last a little longer than just a month. I did my homework and read many reviews before purchasing this product and have seen reviews that say they get over 50 gallons before the filterโ€ฆ

Only good things to say so far

When I first ordered I didn't pay attention to the shipping options and realized too late that it wasn't a Prime variant. I was disappointed when the shipping email said it took 10 days to arrive which I needed earlier. I know it was all my fault, but it was still disappointing at first. My frustration quickly turned to joy when it made the journey in two days (California to Michigan) and gave me time to install it in my reverse osmosis system before I ran out of usable filtered water for myโ€ฆ

Perfect tasteless water. Humidifier without white dust.

Fantastic product, great water and took me a total of 10 minutes to install under the sink as a final step to an existing drinking water filter. I have ionic air purifiers, I sometimes go 2 weeks between cleanings, they are quite dirty at this point, this season I have been cleaning every 3 days and need a very light cleaning. I then added some ultrasonic cool mist humidifiers. Water>Humidity>House air was so filled with white dust from mineral deposits from filtered tap water that I hadโ€ฆ
