I have no complaints about the product, the product always works as it should. My problem is that the bottle leaked. The packaging is bad. Corrosive liquids should be packed more securely. So I lost half a bottle of the product. A definite failure.

It worked like clockwork. I had clogged an unusually shaped drain so I couldn't squeeze the snake down it. It took several days to exhaust due to dirt buildup. I put it in there, let it work for two hours and then washed it off with hot water and it worked like magic.
