Expensive and not reliable

In short it's a nice little thing but it's not great for the price. Charcoal from the filter sometimes gets into the water, and the filters last three months. Replacement filters are very expensive. Sometimes water also flows out of the nozzle. It is better to buy a full size in Polar Springs.

The best water cooler on the market!

This cool box changed our lives! Gone are the days when I had to refill my Brita every day. This little cooler is so easy to use, holds so much, and magically turns questionable tap water into clean, delicious drinking water that comes out the perfect cold temperature every time. It also doesn't take up as much space on your countertop or floor as a large filter. I love this shop and recommend it to everyone!

Worth it for the convenience

Perfect for the countertop. We have to change the filter every month in a family of 5. The water tastes great except right after you change the filter, no matter how many times you flush it. It holds about 4 cups of water in the tank at 40ยฐC. We fill the pitcher with water every day. Keep the jug lid clean. The only way to clean it from time to time is to run bleach water through the while system and just give it a good rinse.

A year later the cooling broke

This cooler works great. First. By the end of our first year with it, I was having trouble finding replacement filters and was forced to spend $50 more on 12 filter packs than the cooler itself costs. Then it was only a year after the purchase. , I noticed that the water temperature began to drop to 50 degrees (according to the manufacturer, it should be between 40 and 46 degrees). I disconnected and reconnected it hoping for some sort of reset. Bad luck. Now, just over 13 months afterโ€ฆ

a product that works as advertised

There are a few things I love about a water cooler. First, it is very easy to assemble. I think anyone could figure out how to put it together, probably without instructions. Second, the water was very cold for 30 minutes, the taste was good. The third thing that impressed me is that it doesn't take up much countertop space and it's very easy to turn on the tap and enjoy great tasting water without the nasty aftertaste that sometimes comes with tap water. I am very impressed with the Vitalityโ€ฆ

Gray water in jugs Water filter

Easy to set up. The result is worrying. Why is the water gray and why are there no specific instructions other than vague setup diagrams? Before this shocking result, it struck me that the water quickly cooled to 45 degrees, and the booklet says that's too cool. The temperature should never be below 53 degrees, but the device does not have a knob to adjust the temperature. And weirdly I live in Florida where it's 88 degrees today! However, this is a small issue compared to the quality of theโ€ฆ

A must for those who need dehydration.

Do you know what's in your drinking water? From your faucet? Serious? I love this cooler. Holds nearly 2 gallons of tap water that's filtered through a patented filter to remove over 100 contaminants and then . (it's a plug) cools this clean water down to about 40 degrees. Fresh, clean, chilled, delicious tap water saves thousands of water bottles. The filter in my house lasts 2 months. We use it for EVERYTHING: from drinking water to making coffee and tea, sun tea, lemonade, dog bowls, babyโ€ฆ

Ideal solution for kitchen and dining room

This is my second little luxury. I lost my first one in a fire in December 2020 (bought it in 2018). I really like this water dispenser. Keeps the water temperature constant at around 40F (even when the temp gauge in my previous unit was not working properly, the water stayed cold even though the temp gauge was 70F). It's so convenient to use, especially for me to drink enough water every day. Much easier than keeping bottled water nearby or in the fridge; space-saving, especially for smallโ€ฆ
