Great trigger point tool!

This is a unique device for relaxing myofascial trigger points. Its design is designed to target hard-to-reach trigger points in the glutes, quads and lats, while allowing the user to simply relax and let gravity do its work. It's strong enough to get the job done, yet resilient enough not to feel uncomfortable. The multiple grips appear to "grab" tight muscles, and this makes it much easier and more effective than using a ball (which tends to roll over the muscle and makes it difficult to stay

Just fantastic for massagers and devices

We recently moved into a new 2000 mile house. During all of the various aspects of the movement, my lower back and right hip began to hurt almost non-stop and continued for the entire two months.
