Now do even chat and also handle client issues

It's easy to use, it has many pre-built templates available for different scenarios (blog comments etc), so we don't have much code writing involved with this tool as well! Also all our clients are happy using livere since they can manage their customer support tickets in real time from inside of salesforce platform itself without any outside help or third party system is required. Only one complaint I see about LIVERE - there should be an option where you could restrict some users not able to…

  • The simplicity that helps anyone just log into page once get started; also very handy feature such chat room availability across community cloud makes everything even easier.
  • Best part being free trial period gives chance too tryout product first hand

  • While creating communities need permission set up correctly else will endup seeing access denied error message during creation

Great way to keep communications with clients open and easy

The best feature about this software is that it allows me to easily track all my comments, so if I need some from another user at any point in time or even years later after they have left our site - there's no problem! It also has an option for 'Private Message' which makes communication with clients very easy without having everyone see what you're writing back & forth (if your client wants). User friendly easy interface: LiveRe

The best feature about this software is that it has all my social media platforms in one place, allowing me to post from any platform I am using at once without having to log into different accounts. It also allows you to write comments for your account if anyone posts something negative or offensive. Sometimes there are delays between when an update goes live and when people see it, which makes them think they posted first. This can be very frustrating. I have been able to keep up with all of…
