It made him look reddish brown, but he was actually just brown. Still cute! I also think it was designed for a 7 year old but fits my tall 20 month old son just fine.

I also thought the hat was a little big, but the waistband of the tie makes up for that and it doesn't fall off. I also put a regular cotton baby hat on her head to keep her extra warm.
