I have no idea why these pans work so well.

I can cook anything and it turns out great. I have no idea how fries or what is perfect. I've never had a frying pan that worked so well. Amazing pan. Makes baking easier.

New York Sicilian Pie

Expensive but worth the money. Crispy and delicious New York Sicilian pizza from this bad boy I used a lot of extra virgin olive oil to spice up my pan on my first bake. Detroit-style pizza

Pros
  • Build quality
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Great but expensive

Quality Llyods pans. This pan is the largest pan that will fit in our Breville convection toaster, albeit a little tight. If it was just 1/4 inch smaller it would be perfect. The biggest downside is the price. You have to reduce it by 10 dollars.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Factor Set

Thin crust pizza pan

I saw this pan on a Detroit style pizza TV show. I've never cooked pizza in a thin pan, but this pan makes it very easy to make pizza on weekdays. Quicker and easier than a free-form skinned pizza, and the solid shape won't warp like a baking sheet in a very hot oven.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Not bad

Worth the price

Once you've used LloydPans you'll never go back. I started making Sicilian pizza last year and have tried a few different pans. I ended up going with LloydPan because I didn't get the crispy crust I was aiming for in my pizza. Slightly more expensive than other manufacturers, but worth it! You can definitely tell a difference in the texture of the finished product, and I'm sure the same can be said for other baked goods.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Some little things

I wanted to like this pan, but.

Very strong to keep it from warping in the oven if loaded unevenly. Things stick to it like crazy though, so you really need to be using parchment. Sharp internal corners make it difficult to clean without a long soak or using lots of dish soap if you've oiled it. The tall sides don't allow it to fit in my dishwasher - it doesn't fit between the prongs on my bottom shelf. I prefer the heavy duty stainless steel half sheet pans that I bought from Revain for a fraction of the cost of this pan…

Save your money - bakeware

We were really looking forward to this but the pans suck and the customer service is even worse. The pans are rusty and chipped after only two uses and we've notified the company and they shun you without responding to your complaint. Is it customer service? For the amount they charge, these pans should never rust or chip and come with a lifetime money-back guarantee. I would order more. Instead, you have to beg a favor and provide photos that they don't respond to. They were bought as a gift…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • I'll add later

Awesome Pan - Take advantage of these tips.

Make an oven chamber where you can cook raw dough with filling. Leo Spizzirri has a video on YouTube explaining that he does all of this to successfully bake grandma's pizza. The Spizzirri video with this information is the Stromboli video, or you can try to decipher my explanation here (it's not difficult but exceptional) - 1 - TURN CONVECTION OFF. Use simple radiant heat. Important. CONVECTION IS OFF. This will brown the crust and leave the cheese white. With convection enabled, the results…
