Excellent and efficient!

. fixed my complaints within 15 minutes of unboxing. I am amazed at how effective this tool is and the difference it makes instantly. Make no mistake the enemy thinks it wasn't awkward - it was! But I felt a significant reduction in discomfort immediately after using it, and I'm grateful! Be sure to buy it for your trigger points!

The most effective trigger point treatment I have ever done.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to because of the quality of this item. I have had back and neck problems for 20 years and this has helped more than anything else. I have seen several chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists and doctors. None of them helped as much as this one. I have tried dry needling and I have a Thera Cane that has helped but this one is better because I can use it anywhere on my neck. Very easy to use and super effective. I can't remember when my neck

etc. within a few months. I have many trigger points. I used lacrosse-style balls for myofascial relaxation and eventually collapsed and took multiple cortisone injections in some of the worst spots. I have other points that haven't been covered, particularly some points between the ribs. I found that the lacrosse ball just couldn't reach her without injuring her ribs.
