Logicalware is a low-cost multi-channel customer service solution which works by capturing inbound customer interactions from the web, email, and social media channels, Facebook and Twitter. Within Logicalware, these interactions are converted into actionable tickets and assigned a unique identifier for better tracking.

Great product for internal communications

It's pretty easy to use once you get used it - I find no issues at all with this tool! The support team has been incredible as well (especially @pkorab)! They have helped us figure out some of our kinks along the way but also offer great input when we want something different/new that isn't available yet within their platform. If they can update more frequently regarding new features then there would be less reason not to recommend them; however, if what your looking is just getting started or

LogicWare is great for tracking customer interactions

The system has been easy to use so far, I like that it's very intuitive and you can get things done quickly with your customers. It also keeps track of all my leads and contacts well - makes life easier when trying to find something about them or their business! So far there isn't anything I dislike as much as what I love most about this software. I highly recommend using logicalware if you need an affordable ticketing tool.
