OK I don't know why some people have so many problems with this receiver, it worked flawlessly as should a device ever be plugged in I don't know how long that will be a measure of that get how good it is, but so far everything works. Don't forget in your Logitech app. On the U-pairing device, click Advanced and then click to check the update. Maybe your firmware needs to be updated, mine works right out of the box.

I have an M310 mouse and a K520 keyboard and my key was broken. I bought this merging receiver and it worked right away after downloading the merging receiver software. Follow the simple instructions and as long as your device is listed in the site description you should be able to get the job done. This $15 unit was cheaper than the $50 replacement kit and will work with additional units if needed.

Before you order this receiver, make sure that it works with your devices. I checked the Logitech website before ordering and my keyboard and mouse are compatible with the merging receiver. The receiver came but could not connect any device to it. After much more searching, I finally found that only certain submodels of each work, and I don't have any suitable submodels. The seller does not allow returns of this product.

I recently bought an MX Vertical (which I am very happy with). As I used them, I realized that I didn't want to use other mice anymore - it was much more convenient that way. I was about to buy another one when I noticed the 1-2-3 button at the bottom - yes, I should have read the instructions sooner. Being able to _easily_ use my Mx Vertical on two other $20 machines is awesome. No mess of extra mice lying around. The idea behind it is fantastic and I'm glad Logitech went in this direction.

I lost the receiver that came with my K400+ so I ordered it and after a quick setup with the Unifying software I was able to use it with my Windows 10 - Sync computers. The whole process from loading the app to showing the keyboard took just a few minutes. I finally found the first receiver so I keep it on my laptop and have no problem using the keyboard on any computer. This item does not work on 2 different computers, one with Windows XP and one with Windows 10 Pro. This device also does not work with either of the two differently functioning Logitech k400 keyboards, although this model's keyboard is listed as compatible with this 'unifying device'. Revain's policy is that this device is non-refundable under any circumstances, so in the end this item is utterly useless and a waste of money. willing to lose all the money you could spend on buying it.

So I lost my original receiver and the old one I had (Model M/N: CU-0007) didn't work with my new Windows 10 laptop. I can still use my old wireless keyboard and mouse! Bought this transceiver to replace a damaged one. Connected to laptop. Drivers are loaded automatically (Windows 7 Pro 64-bit). Downloaded and installed Unifying software from the Logitech website. If like me you've lost your Unifying receiver, this is the right replacement. Although it is a bit smaller than its predecessor, it works just as reliably. Bought as a replacement for the K400 Plus Unifying receiver. DO NOT buy the C-U0007 Unifying receiver like me. The number of 1-star reviews should be a warning sign.
