I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

In general, I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The way people communicate on Skype is starting to feel like they're in a movie. The benefits of it include: Purchased to serve as a replacement for an older Logitech camera. When compared to the old camera, this one is like a miracle! Very good auto-focus, and there are no "brakes" to worry about while moving your hands. Very distinct picture; the face does not get less visible even when the lighting is dim. Some cons: A short connection is…

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

Generally not happy with the appearance. Everything around her went blue as she spoke while wearing an orange sweater. As she spoke while wearing a blue sweater, everything turned orange-red. He has some sensitivity to vivid hues. At first, it was annoying since the resolution was just 720, which makes only my head plainly visible. I move a little bit closer now that I've become used to it. It was a big surprise to see that the visual quality almost holds up in the dark! Another unpleasant…

Pros
  • solid, clear image
Cons
  • autofocus

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Have experience with using this model. After that came the learning experience of using less expensive webcams. The cost of this item may be considered excessively high, but the fact that it eliminates the need to yell in order to be heard makes it well worth the money.

Don't think twice about it; just do it! As was previously indicated, disabling RightLight will prevent blurring caused by fast camera movement. It can be used as a simple camera to keep tabs on the goings-on in a room thanks to its motion recording capability and LED off setting. I paid $800 for it, whereas the going rate was $1300 at the store I went to five minutes later. Price it right!

Pros
  • The picture is excellent overall; even at the lowest setting (320x240), it looks fine. The monitor alone provides enough light to make out the face even at night. Excellent design that not only allows you to hang the camera in front of you, but also to attach it to the corner of any regular LCD screen by means of the U-shape and cable. In other words, you can tilt the camera, and your face will look better in the dark. The best Skype microphone available.
Cons
  • When used with software other than Skype, the microphone produces an either inaudible or "out of a pipe" sound. This makes sense, though, if you're planning on using the money on something else (like a headset) entirely.

Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.

Two cameras were given an extended lifespan order of 1.5 months. The initial webcam functioned perfectly for two weeks (the amount of time for which the market provided a guarantee). The second one I bought was already in stock and it served me well for a whole month. The microphone is prone to breaking down unexpectedly. I don't know what the cause is. I just went out and bought a webcam that is twice as pricey as the one I had before. See how long we can make this last.

Pros
  • agree - nice photo
Cons
  • Ultra-sensitive audio pick-up system

Perfect product for any user!

I'm not sure whether you can expect more from a webcam than what this one provides. Of course there are cameras that turn around and watch your every action, but is that really necessary? You shouldn't take the cheap Chinese garbage with the horrible microphone and noises. It is unnecessary to bring a camera with you because the Logitech HD Webcam C270 is fairly good and still compresses movies from Skype and other sources.

Pros
  • - drivers are accessible on the official website - camera as camera - works - the video displays, and is sufficient for a webcam - the microphone hears well at different distances - adjustable mount
Cons
  • The fasteners are a little flimsy, but if your table is not shaken and there are no earthquakes, this won't be a problem.

Good and quality product, but there are flaws.

A flaw in the model's construction that has persisted for over a year and a half in the matrix. The end result is the same, according to the many reviews: the image vanishes when it gets too hot. Nonetheless, in terms of value, this camera cannot be beat. Used it for two years and it was great. After 1.5 years, it malfunctioned; service personnel soldered it back together; for another 4 months, it functioned normally; then the matrix gave out. So I went out and purchased another one))) The…

Pros
  • the best value for your buck. I was most impressed by the sound quality.
Cons
  • The matrix will detach from the image eventually, and the picture will vanish.

A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

The video is watchable only during the day. 4:3 aspect ratio, 640 × 480 pixel matrix. Interpolation allows for a wider viewing angle and a higher resolution. The camera is not to my liking. Those who comment positively on the camera's quality are probably using Skype's windowed viewing mode. The quality is inadequate for a full screen, being muddy and low resolution. This is a purchase I deeply regret making. It's reassuring that I've gotten the hang of chatting on Skype, even though I rarely…

Pros
  • Elegant construction.
Cons
  • Disturbed Matrix. To understand this, read on.

The product is okay, it's not a waste of money!

Linux 2.6.38 functions without any issues; however, upgrading to 2.6.39 requires you to correct a single file and recompile the kernel, which will take several hours. The fix can be found here: Got pros: The video is sharp, and the colors look nice. 1280 pixels wide by 960 pixels height is the resolution. It is possible to hear clearly and the microphone is sensitive enough to pick up sound even from another part of the room. Got cons: The manufacturer does not support Linux, but fortunately…

Satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

Got pros: Excellent construction with high-quality parts. HD, not FHD, is the only option available. The USB cord is of sufficient length. One of its flaws is that it does not function well when used in a pair. Specifically, the driver does not support the regular operation of more than one camera at a time.

Terrible quality, wasted money.

Disappointed in this manufacturer: as it turned out, the design does not withstand regular long-term use (the lens lags behind the board - which is stupidly glued there, who are interested in repairing this model and read it, I can get confused in terms - but in fact the assembly is a hack from a well-known brand), not it was time to hand over the warranty, and now it remains only to throw it away. Disappointing.

Pros
  • Image of good quality.
Cons
  • failed financially after a little over a year of use. a restricted viewing angle

Good product for me, no problems at all.

This is generally my first webcam. I went to the store after reading the reviews. The size, which was rather small, caught me off guard first. Although I would prefer less after the weekend of active use). There were several writers here for the mount. Since it is general, it might not always be appropriate for a certain situation. I immediately climbed up atop my monitor and am still holding on. Naturally, it is best to avoid pulling the cord. Then I began installing drivers using the device…

Pros
  • You are given a USB Certified for Skype device with 1280x720@30 frames per second video and sound quality, as well as enough PC and Internet speed.
Cons
  • Vertical stripes can be observed in low-light conditions (although can be readily hidden with manual settings). FPS is reduced by RightLight to 15. Disable this functionality for 30 frames per second.

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Good camera. Taking is something you should do. To confirm, the device requires a direct connection to the motherboard rather than a USB extension cable in order to function properly. In this particular instance, the wire could be more genuine.

The product is really good, Im glad I bought it.

In overall, it is strange that the camera does not differ much in quality from the Chinese webcam of an unknown brand that was purchased in 2022 for the price of 150 dollars. The image is noticeably clearer, but the quality is still not even close to HD standards and there is still grain present. Because the sound quality is inferior to that of my previous camera (which was also made in China and sold for an exorbitant price), I will need to purchase a microphone separately. So, as you can see…

Pros
  • not a terrible image at all.
Cons
  • not a wide viewing angle, and there is distortion in the sound.

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

I had a great time chatting with her over the internet. There is nothing but a screen and a camera in front of you. All. The other party is using headphones and a camera and microphone set up in a separate room. But there's no point; the Logitech C270 performs splendidly. The image quality is superb. Up to the year 1400, it is without peer. You can buy it without a second thought or the hassle of installing any extra software (I just plugged it in, waited a few seconds, and now I can talk on…

Pros
  • This high-quality webcam will quickly become your go-to tool for all your online video chatting needs. A webcam has good light transmission, an outstanding microphone, is small and adorable, and so on. I hardly never do this, but I thought I'd try reviewing this gadget. Just because it's good.
Cons
  • You can't rely on the autofocus, and the RightLight feature isn't reliable, but making manual adjustments is simple and quick.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

The quality of the image is immediately apparent, with no need to download any additional software. At first, all I could hear was a muffled, barrel-like sound. The Skype conversation partner could not hear a thing. I was going to take it back to the shop and get a refund because of the defect in the product, but then I decided to check the manufacturer's website and found the driver and application I needed to run the Webcam C270 on Windows XP there. There was a big bang for everything. This…

Pros
  • Superior audio and video in every way. The best value possible.
Cons
  • It's possible that it's just me, but the CD that came with the software was a letdown. This is Windows XP Service Pack 2. Maybe it'll run smoothly on SP3, Vista, and 7, but I haven't tried it.

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.

I used it for a year, maybe two or three times on Skype with a video link before deciding to give it another go and contact some of my friends. The microphone works, but there is no video; I've tried reinstalling the driver, switching USB cables, and changing the settings on the camera, but nothing seems to fix the issue. In general, using the camera just once helped me resolve the issue. Even the support staff was unable to help.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

The autofocus system of this camera has been criticized for its lackluster performance. Yes, newspaper text reading presents difficulties, but at that price, what do you expect? Regarding the involuntary monitoring of one's face. You shouldn't imagine that the camera's lens rotates around you; instead, software image processing handles tracking, and the image is resized (inevitably losing some detail as you zoom in) and moved to follow your every move.

Pros
  • The video and audio are of high quality. Superb cost-effectiveness.
Cons
  • Mildly soapy, but serviceable. The mount is not particularly flexible; I had to secure mine with sticky tape, and you can only tilt it in one direction.

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

Almost ten years ago, I purchased it specifically for use with Skype. I find it surprising that the market for webcams has changed so little, and that the price of such a camera has increased so much (hello, fellow fans of this niche product). Dependable as a Kalashnikov rifle. Don't believe I treat electronics particularly carefully, yet this webcam has survived multiple drops and flights without damage. Separately, it's worth highlighting a stylish microphone for a webcam with good noise…

Pros
  • Plus: great picture quality; a top-notch microphone; sturdy construction; user-friendly software; a low price in 2022; dependable operation; and a reasonable asking price.
Cons
  • - I'm not sure if this is a feature of my specific instance, but the picture is a touch noisy with lines in low lighting, but you can manually tweak things to minimize noise.

That is why I made the decision to create a review. There are 300 of them here; in the past, I have never commented on a product where there are many reviews, but I have since made up my mind. I'll start by saying that the only videos I ever record with the webcam are [4: 3] 800 * 600 and 640 * 480 resolution ones. I am at the first entry with max. I was aware when I purchased it that the c270 (gray model) had received a lot of extremely favorable ratings. My impression of the quality was low…

Pros
  • I'll start with the positives, like how good the microphone is! It is atop. There are also no longer any actual pluses.
Cons
  • The manufacturer's hypocrisy (the site claims that 720p at 30 frames per second is written, while the present is 15fps) More video recording quality at maximum settings looks bad (the manufacturer discovered this and started incorporating tiny matrices inside the webcam) The webcam gets quite hot (even when it's just in standby mode and not recording; according to the program, you need to turn off everything!) The camera began with some flaws over the years (with a rare inclusion for recording 4: 3 video in its own proprietary software with poor video quality): either the entire viewing screen was white, then gray, then black; this was fixed by removing the camera from the socket five times and reinserting it. Then, this technique stopped working to treat these bugs, dismantled it, and washed away all the flux. It starts out without any bugs for a time.
