Edited: It was a great headset until the battery stopped charging.

EDIT: I'm editing my original review on this as the headset stopped charging after about 9 months. One day it worked fine, the next day I used it and it's completely dead, nothing I've tried will charge it again, and there isn't much information on the web as to whether there are steps you can take ORIGINAL REVIEW: First of all great: the sound quality on them is amazing but in the end they send and receive. It's very comfortable to wear for hours, and it's easy to turn off and adjust the…

    Best-in-class audio and video accessories

I use one of these with Skype several times a day every day of the week for more than two years. The boom-mounted red mute indicator and convenient mute button combine to create a powerful tool that allows you to completely free yourself from your desktop. I rely on it so much that I recently bought a second one to use with Microsoft Office Communicator to free me from working on my company laptop as well. It is comfortable. I can use it all day for work, give it a little boost while I'm taking

Ideal for speech recognition with Dragon NaturallySpeaking

I've been using Dragon NaturallySpeaking for 15 years and have always used the old VXI single mic wired headset. It has been the top rated USB headset in the world for many years. Its wires were frayed and the headphone's foam almost fell apart, so I finally decided to replace it. When I saw this Logitech industrial headset at Revain, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. Its accuracy is noticeably better than my old headset, and it was completely easy to set up. I like that the computer…

Without a doubt the best headset for remote work

Reference information. I work as an IT manager and spend 6-12 hours a day with my headset. I used to have three Bluetooth headsets. Jabra Evolve 75, Plantronics Focus UC B825 and generic Betronics for $25. This headset is much better. Jabra and Plantronics were excellent headsets, their features were very good but they lacked a few things, most notably the limitations of Bluetooth. First mute the sound. The Jabra mic on - mic off feature was not working 100% in Skype. There was a very…

    A year lasted and died

Bought for work. The first few months were great, but as I get closer to the year it stopped working. I think it's not working because it just won't charge no matter what I do. I will be looking for a new headset brand for my next one. I had to update my rating. After leaving this review I contacted support (just to see what happens). They immediately sent me a new headset. When I received it I noticed they sent me a double (more expensive) and I ordered a single mono (like it better). When I…

Serious design flaw in computer accessories and peripherals

Sound quality, comfort, battery life and the range of this headset is excellent, they have a fatal design flaw that has nothing to do with the electronics. There is a point on the soft end of the headband where only a small section of plastic connects the top headband to the adjustable earcups. If you separate the ear cups to put them on your head, this weak part will be directly stressed by bending, and eventually it will fatigue and break, just like a paper clip bends. I've had two sets of…

Make sure you are buying a genuine product and not a fake.

This is a great headset but you must be careful to get a genuine product, not a fake. I owned one of these for over 3 years until my kid came along and ripped the headset apart. I like this headset so I ordered a new one. When it arrived I was a bit surprised to see some differences from the old headset: the base of the mic boom was cheap plastic instead of aluminium, the mic boom was very loose and the headset took a long time to connect to the base. . After pairing, the audio sounded poor…

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

I recommend it to those who need a reliable wireless headset for a stationary workplace. With its pros. They maintain an excellent level of communication anywhere in a private house, which allows you to go anywhere in the house during a conversation, including to another floor. Sharpened for the use of Skype, which allows you to receive and end calls, as well as turn off the microphone with the buttons on the headset itself. It also works better than all previously used headsets with Jabber…

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

I was looking for a one-sided mono headset for work, it was with a radio channel - not BT. For its working functions - zoom / skype - it works perfectly, the batteries last for a full working day, right on the village's head, perhaps, only 1 time. Of course, we are not talking about any music / films / games. Has some pros quality materials connection without any problem good (for such a device) microphone quality Has cons: Price. I don’t understand pricing when a mono headset costs more than a

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

bought for online voice chat, work on any computers with any programs, declared 100 meters of range checked - 2 floors - 2 steel doors + about 50-80 meters from the point where the base stood work fine - near the second door there were partial distortions while from the very the door didn’t move away, the sound of course is not HiFi, but not for this and they get similar things, the ear cushion is made of either leather or very high-quality leatherette, it sits comfortably on the ear and does…

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

For a long time I was looking for the perfect headset for working in Windows in the era of remote work. I tried USB (wired) plantronics - everything was satisfied, except for mobility. Then I tried two bluetooth options (Jabra and Plantronics) - I ran into all the shortcomings of implementing bluetooth sound on Windows: you can’t press mute in Zoom from a headset, the reception range doesn’t even cover an apartment, colleagues sometimes complain about the quality of voice transmission from my…

    Pros
    • + excellent sound quality in both directions and reception range thanks to the DECT standard + mute and volume buttons work on WIndows, including Zoom + convenient and stylish docking station + the mute light directly on the headset allows you to be sure that no one can hear you when you go to the coffee machine or go to the toilet during a video conference =)
    Cons
    • - slightly rubs the plastic end of the holder (taking into account my bald hairstyle) - the earpiece could be made a little more ergonomic - a bit small and not perfect fit, but nothing critical
