This is a great headset but you must be careful to get a genuine product, not a fake. I owned one of these for over 3 years until my kid came along and ripped the headset apart. I like this headset so I ordered a new one. When it arrived I was a bit surprised to see some differences from the old headset: the base of the mic boom was cheap plastic instead of aluminium, the mic boom was very loose and the headset took a long time to connect to the base. . After pairing, the audio sounded poor, with noticeable hiss/noise. Eventually I decided to send it back to Revain and ask for a replacement. The replacement arrived today and this time looks like the original product: no cheap plastic, solid boom arm, good sound, instant pairing. the real thing.
