and the head is not very dense compared to the total number of bristles

The bristles were a bit off at first but now it seems normal, although some tufts of bristles are a little longer than others, and the head is not particularly dense in relation to the total number of bristles. So far, however, it's holding up well with no bristles breaking or accidentally falling out. I use it with salt to clean a hot cast iron skillet that a regular plastic dish brush won't work, and it's the best non-platinum brush I've found, although slightly shorter, denser bristles would

Detached after 2 weeks

I bought this brush because I have been washing dishes with recycled bristles for the last 10 years and have found that it is much easier to clean than regular plastic bristles which are always too hard and therefore much more effort when washing. Unfortunately, my old brushes have been discontinued and I haven't done enough with these brushes for others to make the same mistake, here are my conclusions: 1) The bristles are good and the right strength, but a little long and therefore dangle…

Pros
  • Tampico bristles; offers more water absorption than plastic bristles

This dishwashing brush requires me to turn my wrist a bit more, which doesn't really matter much unless you have a tunnel tunnel or tendonitis or something. Also, I love the feel of the bamboo handle, I love the natural look of the brush and the…

Gets the job done and lasts long with no mold or bristles

This well made brush is the perfect size for many of the kitchen washing jobs I bought it for - pots, glassware that your hand won't fit in etc. After a few months of use the bamboo nozzle has lost some of its finish, but the Tampico bristles are not chipped or overgrown with fungus like any synthetic bristle kitchen. the brush I've ever found that hasn't lost a single bristle. It's hard enough to brush off dried or burnt-on foods, but soft enough that you won't feel uncomfortable cleaning…
