I received another panel from Revain to replace a cracked screen on my Acer Chromebook 15 and it was rubbish. Viewing angles were terrible compared to the OEM panel. A red horizontal line also formed on it for the first few weeks. I was quite disappointed but decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did it, it's great. To be honest it could be better than the already amazing panel that originally came with my Acer. The first thing I did after installing it was writing this review.

I was surprised that the screen is slightly different in size, slightly smaller than my original, but it fits very well, the mounting holes were perfect and it loaded well. The picture is excellent, I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect replacement screen for my Acer Chromebook. Several ruler tabs were bent; I straightened them with a needle nose, after that there were no problems. Plugged in, turned on and bam! I have a working display!

I assume that the fastening tabs were slightly damaged during transport. Also, the screen color has a more bluish tint than the original Lenovo Y50-70. It's enough that I can't get real black out even with the adjustment and still keep a suitable brightness control.

I have an Acer Chromebook 15 CB5-571 which is a victim of pink screen syndrome. This screen fits perfectly and was easy to install. I've been watching YouTube videos to learn more about my Chromebook's make and model. Overall, replacing the screens took about 8 minutes. So far the new one has been perfect.

I dropped my daughter's Chromebook and got pink screen syndrome. Bought as a replacement, looks like new. As far as I can tell, the colors are identical, there were no dead pixels. The swap was easy and took about 20 minutes. Perfect except it wasn't free.

Pros: This replacement screen does the job for the price. It has the correct resolution and refresh rate as advertised and fits snugly in the 30-pin EDP cable. I also didn't notice any dead pixels in the middle of the view. So if they are there, they are most likely in the corners. star screen. Package arrived in Nigeria in perfect condition and at a great time. The screen is in perfect condition, there are no noticeable dead pixels, it looks like new on my Lenovo y50-70. I'm currently a happy guy.

The first panel I got was not an LG but a compatible one, also broken, the lower left side of the screen was brighter than the rest and the panel was very dim. Went back to Revain and got a replacement, the second panel that came was a genuine LG panel and works great. I think you'll get a shitty idea of what they have in store.
