SO EZ TO USE! And I have a sticker with stickers!

I have used this on both my JKU Jeep and JKU Jeep. Wouldn't you love to have a grease locker for all your diffs that I want to buy for all my diff cap setups? THE BEST WITH SLICED BREAD! Inside is a great sticker too!

fast delivery. It is alarming to see how reuse persists after equipment has been broken in. I plan to update the comments later. Update: I put a bead of lube on one side of the grease pan and placed it on the diff case. I greased the lid a little to make it easier to remove and assembled it. With the gearbox broken in, it was time to change the oil and see how my grease box idea worked out. The fat barrier adhered well to the body and the cover came off easily. No mess and no leaks on my TJ's front D44!

This gasket finally fixed a leaking Dana 44 front gasket on my 2006 TJ that several attempts at Permatex Ultra Black couldn't fix. Compared to RTV, this product is exponentially simpler. Put it on, align the differential cover, tighten according to the screw sequence on the packaging, done! No mess, no cleanup, just finished job with no leaks. I will buy another one for my rear diff next time I need to crack it. Update: 2 months later and still not a drop comes out of my Dana 44!

Smart option on differential cover

If you don't stop working with RTV, this is for us who want to make maintenance as easy as possible. I just cleared out a crawler under my JK to install a new rear diff cover as the original had a slight leak after the dope crossed the hurdle. I spent most of my time cleaning the old RTV and ended up using an air angle grinder with a Scotch Brit-like pad. I kept thinking I was only going to do this once, then I remembered the front diff. Do yourself a favor and get one. They claim that they are

no mess, no leaks fits gaskets

Much easier than fiddling with a sticky RTV and no risk of getting it on the sprocket when trying to slide the cover between the sprocket and rear crossmember. The seal holes are precisely aligned, the screws will not forcefully rotate and accidentally damage the seal. It's been 24 hours, no leaks yet and in my experience if they were leaking they would have already started. That alone is enough for me to recommend this product, but knowing that it's also recyclable isn't a problem. Theโ€ฆ

Not so good product

I decided to see if I could replace it with RTV. Well after about 1000 miles in the last 3000 miles the bolts loosen or start to loosen and I have to tighten them. During this time I made my two differentials as a test, one with RTV, the other with a fat cabinet. RTV stayed bolted on and no issues. I have to check the grease box every 1000 miles because if I don't I get a puddle of diff fluid on the garage floor or splatter all over my axles. I'll probably try some Loctite on the screws, but Iโ€ฆ

When I fitted the Lube Locker to the cover I knew it was worth it

2005 LJ Rubicon and the rear diff I'm lazy too so I paid anyway. Now I live in an apartment so I work in Advanced Auto's parking lot so I didn't have time to set up RTV. I had to take the cap off, clean, unscrew the cap, fill up, and then drive away. Once I put the Lube Locker back on, I knew $40 was very well spent. Things you'll need: 3/81/2 ratchet nut (preferably deep) rubber mallet spatula (or safe scraper) to get rid of that hell of glue. Brake cleaner for each diff (cheapest on theโ€ฆ
