I needed a more compact lube for those hard to reach places as my lube didn't fit in some places. All I can say is that this thing is hard to snap on, especially with my locks and lubes, having to pull the tab down and sit on the internal grease gun is harder than it looks, wish it would just be on my grease gun screwed. I ripped 2 in a day, luckily I always have a case handy but it was so frustrating I went out and bought 45 degree Zerks so I could use my lock and lube.

Hardware has proven to be strong and well built. I attached it to my new grease gun to lubricate the new tie rod ends I installed on my truck. On the third use, grease began to flow out of the fitting through all the holes. I removed the elbow fitting, cleaned it and found that one of the three teeth holding the grease fitting was recessed under the fitting cap. I removed the cap, aligned the teeth and replaced the cap. The only part that came in handy was the actual 90 degree part at the end when I took it apart. . So I put it on the gun, pumped some lube in, and it all just popped out from under the spring part and went everywhere. After using a small allen wrench to unlock the mirror, I was able to squeeze a small amount of lube out of the end. . Basically, it's still leaked everywhere. Sorry I have to agree with the lower rated reviews. I had to unscrew the top as the coupler it attaches to doesn't work in my grease gun. In addition, the rounded and smooth top that tightens and loosens makes it extremely difficult to operate, especially considering the type of use this tool is intended for (lubrication).
