I received my order but the inner mirror was broken. I loved this product so I reached customer support for the issue. They are so helpful after telling them my issue they offered to send the replacement. The process was smooth. They heard my issue patiently and I am so glad i could get the replacement. Thank you guys. The product is awesome so much that can be stored in it.

I love this jewelry cabinet. It is large enough to fit all of the jewelry that I own. It was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be, and it took all of 5 minutes for my husband and I to install the door hangers on the back of it. I was worried that it was too heavy for the door to hold up, but it isn't. The Mirror Jewelry Cabinet came well packaged, it came in a cardboard box and a nice light blue box with foam padding. The Jewelry Cabinet is surprisingly heavy and very sturdy. I received the mirror today and would be satisfied, except that the inside mirror is broken.The aesthetic is nice and the over the door hanger seems to work well, but the disappointment of a broken product, which cost this much, overshadows it just "looking nice.”I do wish the over the door hanger was longer, with more holes for a lower adjustment- but it does allow for three levels of height, about one inch apart each, and I’m sure I could find another myself.If the inside mirror had come in…

For years I’ve had a large floor unit for my jewelry and it was too difficult to access everything and keep it organized. I sold it and bought this wall unit and it’s the best thing ive bought in a long time for organizing. Works perfectly. East access, easy to put back and love love the lighting. I hope it lasts! Great unit! I searched thru the different variations and I liked this one the best. Works great for me.

Perfect out of the box. Not much assembly for me since I put it on the back of a door until I decide if I want to mount to a wall. No more hunting for matching earrings. All my jewelry in one place so makes getting ready to go out so much easier.

Like some others mentioned, when I added the batteries I heard a POP and saw smoke. Because of the other reviews I was prepared for this. Hubby rewired it for me and it has been perfect ever since. I love this cabinet so much. It is so elegant. My only complaint is that the wiring is cheap. I would not recommend unless you have a handy person around to fix this problem.

large necklaces and pendants may not fit. my turquois large necklaces and bracelets cannot go in it because I will not be able to close the door. The mirror can only be closed with the use of the key, it will not close without locking it.
