I love this apron. It's not as hard as I would though it would be. Judging by some of the reviews, I'd love to wear a welder's apron, but not even close. Thin enough for you to move but thick enough to protect you (I had a sliding knife and it hit my apron but didn't leave a mark). However, the pockets are not as big as the manufacturer claims. Not bad but could be better. I've only had it for about a week, but I love the feel of the sturdiness and it does a good job of protecting my clothes from sawdust and storage debris.
