Definitely feel sharper. The trick is in preparation.

I enjoy the effects after it's digested - it definitely feels spicier, but it was hard to find a better way to cook it. It is best to squeeze the contents into a little cold water and pour it back.

Helps my Acetyl L-Carnitine Ketoplan

This is my first time using this type of L-Carnitine or any other type of L-Carnitine. I love the fact that according to the company, this is the most bioavailable type of supplement out there. Flavor is lacking but I just squeeze it in a little water and pop it. I've found that it helps me think clearly during the day and maybe feel a little more energetic. stay with him
