M A Federal, Inc. Review

I like that MAFederal has been able to give us fast turn around times when it comes time to upgrade or fix issues as well provide support beyond just fixing an issue once they've signed off. They have also provided good training options which helps me feel comfortable if there's something new about their system because of how much experience this team brings through these courses! There isn't really anything too dislike other than maybe some more detailed instructions from them would be helpful

Ease of use and access to our data via mobile devices. Allowing employees to work from anywhere in the world can be valuable when responding to an outage or incident where you need to work directly with your customer. There's nothing about MA Federal that I dislike. While their product is great, the price tag makes it hard to justify paying them monthly invoices. The ease of use was one thing I really appreciated about MA Fed as well they were very attentive to my needs during this process! They had several great ideas that helped me understand what it would be like working through them which made things easier than if someone just gave you all their information upfront without asking questions first so there's no surprises later down when everything comes together!!
