What a beautiful thing! Easy to use. It is thin and small for storage. Doesn't take up much space in my small apartment. Love it!

This mop works but you really need to vacuum the floor before mopping. When there is hair on the mop, instead of washing it off, it creates an ugly clump that sticks to the mop pad.

This is a good system because it's small for my small New York apartment, but it has a downside! Flushed and it did a good job! Gasket removed, washed, here it is! It is IMPOSSIBLE to put the pad back in the mop! The hook does not open wide enough to fully insert the pillow hooks! If the pad is not fully attached to the squeegee head, slipping is difficult! That should be again! Too bad I love the size and the fact that it doesn't use a drain plug!

No instructions. Just list how to assemble, it's easy to understand but nothing really about how to use. The mop head comes out pretty wet, which I don't like. Once I had to go over the floor with another dry mop to soak up the excess water. I love the swivel head and it did a quick job of scrubbing the floor in my small kitchen, but removing the pads and replacing with others was a little fiddly for me.

This mop is just what I needed for convenience. I've had other automatic mops that spray and don't have a bucket. But best of all, the bucket is still easy to carry when it's almost full. When I wash and dry the mop, I see the used water being swept back into the bucket. I also like the fact that I can control the amount of water that gets onto my floor. I needed something to clean my walls and ceiling after moving into a room that had been smoked for 30 years. I've tried several mops that just didn't work or I had to take my head off and flush out all the dangerous chemicals and the nicotine which took 5-10 each time! 30 years 2 packs a day will soil a mop in just a few inches. That being said I only had to insert the mop once or twice and the cloth somehow looked very clean! Then the receiver is filled with clean water with just a few clicks.
