Works exactly as described

Found this on Oprah's holiday list and bought as a Christ as gift. My husband suffers from ongoing neck and shoulder pain and gets a weekly massage or chiro to cope. This is just like massaging hands and works exactly as described. We love it.

Does not vibrate - my new review

I thought this device vibrated and it does not. I also do not feel any heat whatsoever. What a bummer because it has some good reviews.

Great for neck tension

I Purchased one of these for my daughter and her husband. I liked it so well I had to get one for myself. I’ve never had a massager that feels so good to help relieve the tension in my neck.

Beware. good for me

Worked for two days and then stopped. Has to be on the charter to work for more than one minute. Think some kinks need to be worked out before I'd buy this again. Sending it back for a refund. It is wonderful, but too new to be counted on.

Didn’t work for my opinion

Gave this to my husband for Christmas and it doesn’t work at all. I appreciate the ability to return it but the package wasn’t damaged in transit so it’s pretty disappointing that it doesn’t even turn on, especially given the cost.

R&R-Relief and Relaxation

I highly recommend Magic Hands truShiatsu Neck and Back Massager with heat. After a hard day at work, this product gave me the best relaxation and massage relieving my tight muscles and stress from the day. I love the fact that once your body gets used to the direction, you have the option to switch directions. And you have the option to add heat! My body and muscles thank you for the deep comfort. Another winner from truMedic!

MagicHands: my feedback

If you can't make it to your massage therapist, this is a great substitute! You create the pressure with the straps to pull down and there is heat as well to help penetrate the muscles. Good to use on legs, calfs, shoulders, and lower back. May be a bit cumbersome, but feels SO good.

Do not order if you expect to get a fully functioning or NEW unit

The first time I ordered this directly from Trucore via Revain. I opened the package up and the massager wouldn't charge at all, and would only function if I plugged it in while it was on. I returned that one hoping that I'd get a fully functional unit, but no. This one looks like it was already returned so back it goes again. I'm done trying to get a unit that works from this company and will go with another company that's more trustworthy.

I can't have deep tissue massages it hurts worst then it helps

I can't use this because I can't have deep tissue massages, I really did try it a couoke if times an its just not for me so unfortunately I will be returning it

Great until it stopped working

This was great! My chiropractor recommended I get something like to this for daily maintenance. Felt so good friends even purchased after trying. Well, after a few months it no longer works. Won’t charge, turn on, nothing. Super disappointed it didn’t last long for the price paid.

Unit Lasted 8 weeks before Stopped Working

Unit stopped working in first 2 months of light use. Works great when it's working but that didn't last long. That's my review.
