Bought a pair of their "expert-tested" refurbished picks. Two taped together in a torn box, no instructions, no suction cups, no 12 volt plug parts. I think they tried to make up for the lack of parts with more tape wrapping them in. a buck or two I saved I don't need to be sent to the landfill for quality material that's been tested by experts. Can't comment on the weather shield as I use it in my truck windshield to keep the battery charged. The truck has a power leak somewhere that I can't figure out. So if the truck sits in the parking lot for more than a week or two, the battery will be dead. Fully charge an unplugged car battery in 24 hours on a nice sunny day. Braces are the best way to go. The other connection works if your car has power when it is off. If not, then don't charge.
