Great experience for managing staff and operations

We love that we can see what our guests are doing in real time to help us make changes when necessary! It’s been very helpful as it gives me an idea of where I need to focus my efforts next so nothing is missed out or overlooked by any guest!! This program has helped improve how quickly things get done around here which was something i didn't realize needed improving until now but once implemented all systems were working together flawlessly since then :) The only thing about this software…

Great software and even greater customer service

It has all the things you need in a PMS. If you're looking for a PMS, this is the one. Not much to dislike here. It's very intuitive. The reports are fantastic. I love being able to generate my own reports. It is a great tool for our management team. I wish it could be integrated with our accounting system. I would also like to see a better calendar for our clients. It would be great to be able to see the dates of our clients' events. So I can keep them informed of cancellations or other…
