We love that we can see what our guests are doing in real time to help us make changes when necessary! It’s been very helpful as it gives me an idea of where I need to focus my efforts next so nothing is missed out or overlooked by any guest!! It has all the things you need in a PMS. If you're looking for a PMS, this is the one. Not much to dislike here. It's very intuitive. The reports are fantastic. I love being able to generate my own reports. It is a great tool for our management team. I wish it could be integrated with our accounting system. I would also like to see a better calendar for our clients. It would be great to be able to see the dates of our clients' events. So I can keep them informed of cancellations or other…
