Gives me more options in the kitchen and I don't have a large food processor to clean

This product was easy to use and intuitive. I'm glad gloves are included and I used them because I was sure to cut myself. I made my first ratatouille with it and as you can see it's beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive mandolin.

Knife for vegetables and products Mandolin -VEKAYA

At a normal price, but not very sharp, a new one fights on a carrot. The choice of cutting size is smaller because you cannot replace already built-in blades. Although it is safer to use for those who are not used to the mandolin. I would definitely use the gloves provided, contrary to popular belief it's easier to cut yourself with a less sharp blade than a sharp one.

Functional equipment for every kitchen!

Advantages: This food slicer has so many options. It comes with 2 main blades, either smooth or wavy, giving you the freedom to choose whether you want thin or thick cuts. I also like that it comes with a nice holder and gloves. The blades are very sharp and easy to clean. Goodbye to cutting and slicing vegetables forever! Cons: Instructions are difficult to understand. It took me some time to understand how the device works. I think a better guide would be helpful.

sharp, made great onion rings

Since people kept posting pictures of battle wounds, I went ahead and put on the gloves first rather than just sticking my hand straight into the box. I made onion rings out of it. I couldn't find out the function of the waffle fries, maybe I'm just too stupid. Make sure the surface you're pressing the food onto (not the countertop, I'm talking the little chute in front of the food slicer blade) is slightly damp so the food can slide into the blade more easily. You must face the safety pusher in a specific way.

This is a good product especially if chopping vegetables is a chore for you like it is for me. It's relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it. I only use this product with gloves and a protective slider and it has not given me any problems. There is also a special way you have to face the pusher. If you place it so that the two flat edges are on the rim of the mandolin, it slides perfectly over the knife and won't be damaged. If you turn it the other way, there is a risk of damaging…

Good thickness, UPDATED

***UPDATE*** Changed from 3 to 4 stars. The company contacted me and said the mandolin must be defective so they sent me a new one. I definitely appreciate her active attitude. I've used it twice now and it cuts my apples much, much better. I prepared a sausage tray and cucumber tea sandwiches. The machine worked great.
