POOR QUALITY for electronics and gadgets

see picture. They punched out the triangles, and the tool they used is probably a blunt one. The cut lines don't line up with the edges, and there are plastic burrs on the opposite side. The cutting process is not smooth. Unacceptable for a precision instrument.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...

Excellent product, good seller

Good quality. Equal or better than what I published from the US Army. I use it for hiking and I highly recommend it. Note for inexperienced card readers. Make sure you know your scale and how to adjust. The item arrived on time and well packaged. Thank you card tools

Amazing and educational!

I bought this because I am going to a military installation (VMI) and needed a protractor for my Army ROTC class. It is absolutely perfect and accurate. By accurate I mean there isn't that little piece of plastic that makes it difficult to mark the map at a precise point. The little packet that came with it was good reading too.

Pros
  • GOLS Certificate
Cons
  • Hard to tell

This is the order!

I've been using a Land Nav protractor for 30 years. This is one that can be ordered, doesn't need trimming (if you've done it you'll see what I mean) and is thick, so it lasts a long time. It contained useful information for those who are unfamiliar or have not practiced. As an added bonus, they sent a declination map for my zip code. I use my compass everywhere, but that was a nice touch.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • unreliable

It's worth it! Suitable for sports and outdoor activities Accessories

I don't usually write reviews. But I have to say that this product/seller really exceeded all expectations. You get a protractor in your pack as well as some great ground navigation packs. John was able to provide me with a special reference sheet for adding magnetic declination and grid deflection! it's so cool I will be using this a lot during my military service. Thank you John and your wonderful team!

Pros
  • Comfortable to wear
Cons
  • Only available in white

A solid and reliable product from a great company!

This protractor is well made, reasonably priced and from a company that consistently delivers value. Instructions for use are also included with this coordinate scale. These instructions are perfect for those who don't know how to use the tool, perfect for those who just need to get back to using the tool, and perfect for experts to use as a reference when creating tutorials to teach others how to use tool.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

What you expect + much more!

Great seller and great product! Arrived earlier than expected which is always great. The tool itself is made of durable plastic and performs its functions. What's really great is the detailed instructions included, pretty much everything you need to know about grid coordinates for the military grid coordinate system or the universal transverse Mercator system, plus two practice tests! In addition, the seller included a waterproof magnetic declination guide for my area! This company really does…

Replace your issued protractor

As an active duty soldier, this is by far the best protractor I have ever used. This protractor is very accurate and does not require scraping the plastic like other protractors. I didn't have any flexibility issues like some other reviewers have suggested, so I think this issue is resolved. I had only one problem with the protractor: the white line showing the degrees of azimuth was erased during transport in the cargo hold while driving. I partly blame myself because I usually leave my…

Great navigation aid

Excellent product - 5 stars. It's a simple item that delivers what it promises. It has the two map scales I use most (1:25,000 and 1:50,000), the protractor function works perfectly, and it's fairly thick but flexible plastic. The markers appear to be laminated between the plastic layers, so we'll see how they hold up, whether the plastic layers peel over time and in the field, or whatever - I don't expect any issues, but I'll update as needed. Shipping was a little slow but it was an…

The cuts are not good in my book

to use the protractor for land navigation. I'm reluctant to return it, it would be a great educational resource. In addition, the print on the protractor is sharp and bold. And the material feels in the right balance of stiffness and flexibility. THE BAD: If you look at the images, the triangular cuts aren't at 90° and therefore match up with one grid square but not the other, meaning that depending on where you draw your dot, there will be a East/West Deviation gives how far up the triangle…
