Great tool when looking at talent acquisition

I like the ease of use. It is easy to navigate and the layout is very user friendly. It is easy to use and does not require a lot of training. I have had some issues with the app crashing and not being able to access the app. I would recommend Maria Talent Acquisition to others. It has been easy to use and has helped us to keep track of our applicants. It is a great way to keep track of our applicants. Great user friendly Applicant Tracking System with excellent customer support

The ease in which you can track applicants from first contact through interview, offer stage is perfect! You could also create multiple profiles (eg different roles) so that each applicant has an individual page - this helps when managing large applications/datasets. For larger companies it was difficult at times adding candidates as some fields were not required or missing data etc? It would be great if we had more customisation options available but I think they are working towards improving…
