Made cheap. Dissatisfied

When I first poured water to wash, all the paint around the handle cracked and fell off. Ferrel is very cheaply made using only a few small staples. Very disappointed with the quality especially the Bob Ross name!

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Poor quality bristles for oil paint.

Oil paint is very difficult to work with. Bristle quality is poor. Color cannot be erased and removed. I requested a refund and the provider offered me a refund after sending it by registered mail, receipt and insurance. This will cost me almost as much as I paid for the product. Decided to stop by. Different quality than others I've ordered before.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Unfashionable

I ordered a Martin/F Blender Brush. Weber Bob Ross 2" What I got was a second rate fake Dixon. NOT HAPPY, NOT WHAT I ORDERED, NOT AS PICTURED, NOT AS DESCRIBED. Only the bristles are left on this brush by Martin F. Weber. Everything else is cheap stuff, poorly made. From the copper tip to the staples instead of rivets holding it together.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky

I LOVE this brush!

This brush is INCREDIBLY soft! It's great for smoothing out details without moving the paint all over the canvas. I used it to smooth out the water in a scene I was painting in oils and it was the perfect touch I needed to turn my paint into more realistic reflections. I wouldn't use it for every part of my painting, but it's perfect for some techniques. I highly recommend it. I would also suggest buying a special brush cleaner and conditioner to keep it looking nice!

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Quality for less money

Don't be fooled by bad reviews. They don't seem to realize they work as quality brushes, but at an affordable price - compare them to Da Vinci Maestro or Escoda Clasico. Since these brushes are not your Michael brushes, they need to be cared for and cared for, e.g. B. by properly washing, drying and pinching the bristles when not in use (to keep the shape). All in all, if you want to move away from the low quality art store brushes, these brushes won't disappoint you or ruin your wallet.

Pros
  • Paintwork
Cons
  • So far so good

After all, it's not that pretty

I haven't used this brush yet because I'm waiting for the background brush to arrive before starting the Bob Ross challenge. I've been drawing for a few years now and I've never painted like Bob. I figured we'd expand our world and give it a try, and anyway I have all the materials on hand except for the brush. I read several negative reviews about it. Blend brush and some people have posted pictures showing how crappy the brush is. I emailed Bob Ross and asked if the brushes were made here in…
