No water protection on 3 out of 4 locks. I need these for tool boxes that work in all weather conditions so those weatherproof seals are the main reason I bought them. But they are missing in all but 1 of them. If I didn't have to freeze my tools now, I would send them back for a refund.

I saw in the reviews that some didn't have keyhole covers and I just thought they were unlucky. Of course, when I ordered and received mine, I didn't have two keyhole covers. The lock is still very good, easy to open and close and I like that it has a rubber coating because I use it to lock my paddleboards and I don't have to worry about the lock damaging the board.

Bought this lock for a snowmobile trailer. A lock with a rubberized collar was required, which better matches the exterior of the trailer as it rattles when towed. Also would like some weather protection from rain, snow etc. This lock is a really strong master lock and has a protective cover but the cover that fits over the keyhole has a drain hole and the valve is flush with the cover so even if you turning the lock upside down, rain and snow can still get inside. The key fob hole is on the side and not the end like other keys, resulting in the key snagging on other keys on my fob. This is very annoying and I see no purpose in it. Anyone who thinks this is a good idea should look for errors and try them out beforehand. I bought this as part of many locks to practice lock picking. In all honesty, it was disappointingly easy for a beginner like me to pick up given the otherwise good build quality.
