Generous warranty claims.

It took about 10 days to ship and came with a damaged air regulator. Disappointing but I called the seller and after a few minutes they sent me a new one. Excellent! About a week later I received the replacement part. And can not remove the original regulator from the compressor. The nut came off very easily, it looks like a very cheap metal. I called the seller again and after a few minutes they said they would just send me a new one. It took about 3 or 4 days this time, so at least the…

Good product (until it stopped working) but poor customer support - Compressor failure -

The product arrived undamaged in the shipping box, but the airbrush body was somehow damaged (although the airbrush worked fine). In fact, once set up the compressor was great and we painted for about 1.5 hours. The next day, after about 20 minutes, the compressor stopped working, it makes a continuous humming/whistling, but no air is being compressed and/or supplied (there is also no pressure reading on the manometer). The compressor is great, the airbrush is useless. Skip these kits and buy the parts separately.

Do yourself a favor and buy the tank and airbrush separately. The tank alone would get 4 stars, the rest of the kit 2 stars. I have been airbrushing for several years. I paint models and miniatures and mostly use Iawata airbrushes. I used the old Badger compressor all along, but it eventually gave out and I needed a new compressor.
