Heavy duty forged brass body. Large all metal handles are angled for ease of operation. Free floating piston type valves reduce O-ring wear. Silicone dampened gauges smooth out needle movement. Gauges can be recalibrated in the field to maintain accuracy.

Must be Made in USA

Use only 2 times, gauge needle on bottom is stuck at 1 psi. many times I tried. I've spent so much time trying to figure out what went wrong, let alone the work that's impossible to finish. Although it was supposed to be a lineage product, I had no idea.

EXCELLENT measuring set. The yellow hose could have been better.

I've used this set half a dozen times this summer and it worked great initially. The last few times I've had trouble getting the vacuum out and servicing it. I found that the o-ring on the yellow hose (on the vacuum pump/freon tank side) was starting to fall apart and restrict the flow. It kept getting worse with each use. It's cheaper to buy a new tube than a repair kit, so unfortunately I have to do that. Manifold/gauge kit and red and blue hoses work great. I love the quick couplers. I would

These gauges are well made and even protected by a molded rubber case (not shown but included). The hands can be fine-tuned to zero, which is good over time, but the adjustment screw is too tight and made of soft brass, so it probably won't survive 15 calibrations without damage. The hoses feel overloaded and handle a 3,000 psi burst pressure, but they are a bit stiff and inflexible. Pressure gauges are silicon stabilized but respond quickly to changes in pressure and help identify faulty…
