First of all this is a late review and I apologize for it. But it was useless for me personally, as well as for my stepfather. While it works great. But I don't know why when we first bought it we could just turn it on and weigh everything right away. But now we need to press "Tare" to get accurate readings. Bought 2 years ago, used once. Today I went into the garage and heard a beep from the scale. I found it strange and maybe a dead battery so I replaced the battery and found the scale stopped working. Commercial service technician here. I have had this scale for 6 years now. Decent scale but buttons don't work in the cold winter months. I received a Napa brochure in the mail with these exact scales in the mail, priced at 299. Hmm, I wonder if they can be bought cheaper? Leave it to Revain for one of the best prices.
