Bought 2 years ago, used once. Today I went into the garage and heard a beep from the scale. I found it strange and maybe a dead battery so I replaced the battery and found the scale stopped working. Just say hello and it has no other functions. The scale is stored in the WTF case with the original silica gel pouch in a safe, dry place. A lot of money for a one-time use, if you contact the company today, be more than certain it will be a call wasted. I've had it for two years now so I'm sure I'm on my own. Not paying for repairs is like throwing away good money for a bad product. Let's see if they support the product, I hope I'm wrong.
