I bought these to hang a wreath from my metal front door and they worked wonderfully. They are sturdy and a decent price for two though I’m only currently using one. It’s held up my wreath for about a week now. I’ve not had any issues with it slipping or moving despite how often (and quickly, I’m always running late lol) I go in and out of my front door. It’s not visible under my wreath but even if it were it’s simple enough to still fit in with most decor styles.

Came on to give these a 1 star review before returning them to Best Buy because the magnet couldn't hold more than 2 lbs without sliding down the refrigerator door or other vertical surfaces. I use one to hang my aprons and the other for my measuring cups. these can certainly hold much heavier items! the magnet is so strong that you don't want to have your fingers stuck in between

Way more impressed than I thought I would be. Purchased to be able to hang a bag under my desk at work. I didn't weigh my bag but it contained my usual junk plus two large glass bottles of iced coffee (so probably about 5 lbs?) without budging the magnet. I don't know if it will hold the larger bag I carry on occasion, but I'm very happy with it so far.

It looks great, it is high quality, and it comes with an adhesive protector that prevents the magnet from scratching any surface (because it has a very strong pull). Basically, I can confirm that the product is accurately described.

Yo, these magnet hooks are no joke! Even through the Best Buy box, they were sticking to my car door. I'm using them on the side of my fridge to hang an apron and an oven mitt, and these are more than strong enough. I'm betting I could hang some serious hardware on these guys if I wanted to. The rubber backed sticky adhesives are a plus as I'm sure this would easily pull the paint off. 10/10 will get the job done. 10/10 would recommend!

These are great in theory. The magnet is strong and the hook itself is aesthetically pleasing. But, the small adhesive magnet that comes with it for mounting is insufficient to actually hold much of anything.which.is the point.

Once you stick it to something magnetic, it’s going to stay put. I’m using one for a towel hook in our bathroom and one for a kitchen towel. They’re kinda expensive, but they look very nice.

These are some strong magnets. Put up to any stainless stain and these things stick. I put one on my fridge to test if I should buy more, and it takes a pretty good amount of horizontal force to take them off. Haven’t tested vertical force yet though

Amazing that people don’t understand the properties of a magnet. The type of metal and the thickness is directly related to how well this thing holds.Stick it to a thin piece of sheet metal and it won’t hold much, and will probably slide down the surface, scratching as it goes.I stuck this thing to a 1/2” thick steel beam and I had trouble getting it off. I hung two coats on it……strong sucker!

I do not know about the adhesive since I did not need it. I noted several negative reviews as to not strong enough or sliding. That was not my experience. Used both on the side of my office steel file cabinets to hang jacket and sweater -- worked great. Very strong and do not budge!

These are terrific. I needed some strong magnets to use on a refrigerator in a very small kitchen, to hang potholders and aprons etc. These are very, very strong, and I'm impressed. They really do the job. The shape of the magnets is also a good feature, as they are rounded, so they don't catch as hooks do, and they really look good. These do not slide around; they stay put. Top-notch!

I really like that these are all metal. I was concerned that they may turn out to be chrome colored plastic. I was as pleasantly surprised. To be fair the description did not say that they were super strong magnets. But I was hoping they would be stronger.
