Selectable blue backlit LCD display that shows the station tuning as well as the digital clock, whose functions include alarm and 20-minute sleep timer. Auxiliary input and stereo headphone output are positioned on the side, complete with rubber covers to protect them from the elements, dust and dirt when not in use. The clock/radio operates using six standard AA alkaline batteries or NiMH/NiCad rechargeable batteries with the unit's built-in charger; or listeners can use the included AC adaptor or 12V power source. Has rear keyhole cut-out for optional wall mounting. Unit Size - 6-1/8 H x 7-5/16 W x 2-1/16 D.

Hard to find at this time

We have a working DVR that requires these tapes. They're hard to find. These 4 packs were great value compared to what I would normally pay for 2 cartridges. Fast delivery. Great offer.

More convenient packaging

I find these tapes overpriced but they are good quality and among the cheapest on the market. The package is more convenient and also only contains 60 minutes of footage than SP, so you'd better get more than one. I hope to be able to transfer these tapes to my computer and reuse them. I know the quality will drop if you do this, but we'll see.

The product arrived on time.

It's becoming increasingly difficult and almost impossible for me to find these DV tapes for the camera I'm using in any store. It's a great camera, but it's dated. Model. Stores that sold cassettes either didn't have enough or were very expensive. I was happy to find the cassettes online at a reasonable price and although I was concerned they might not arrive on time, they did arrive two days before the event. I prepared myself for the video. I usually use four of these for each music teacherโ€ฆ

Reliable / Many years of use

I've been using them with my camcorder since I bought it a few years ago and have always been impressed. They work reliably, there are no picture jumps during playback. I use it to record HD videos (1080i from Sony). Now that the cost of hard drives is coming down (well, it was going down before the 2011 Thailand floods and will be back soon) โ€” tape isn't as desirable a storage medium as it used to be, but it's still quite practical. I was glad to find them at Revain as our local brick andโ€ฆ

Maxell Mini DV also works well with HDV!

I've been buying these tapes for years because of their higher reliability compared to cheaper mini DV tapes like some of the JVCs I've tried before. I record a lot of HDV, but Sony HDV tapes are too expensive to be effective. My archive library consists of over 300 mini DV tapes because they contain so little material and I trust these Maxells to store my HD footage. They record at 01:02:30 which is about an extra 2.5 minutes you get from them which I used at times! They work well with my Sony
