Personally, I'm annoyed that bread in a wide pan doesn't fit in a regular toaster, right? He toasts 4 slices of normal and 2 wide breads. The opening is also wider to fit bagels etc. I liked the removable crumb tray so it doesn't spill. The bread comes out easily and best of all you can reheat items that you wouldn't put in a toaster.

About one in three uses of this appliance throws toast, bagels, frozen pancakes and whatever's inside right up and out of the toaster where I should be looking for it. I have to put 1* because no matter how good another feature is, if you can't keep my food off the floor, you're useless.

This toaster is suitable as an inexpensive basic model. I was disappointed that there is no bagel setting for toasting on just one side. The heating pad function is a plus. My BIG issue with this seller and the reason for the 3 stars is that they offered to extend the warranty by 6 months in exchange for a 5 star rating. I strongly object to this practice of bribing consumers for good reviews. I expect reviews to be honest and unbiased. For this reason I will never buy from this company again.

I've been using it for almost a month. It says it's for 4 discs, but it doesn't say the slots aren't shared. It has two very long slits. It can toast 4 regular slices or 2 craft slices, which is why I bought it. It is great. I don't care about the side controls (and it doesn't seem that safe) where I can't see them clearly (so I painted the hole light gray) to help. I don't know how long it will stay there.
