Works well on my review.

Easy to insert into any flange (i have both the medela and spectra) easy removal and cleaning. Only thing i dont like is that the plastic is not totally see through, so ensuring you are perfectly centered is a bit more challenging. Other than that I would recommend.

Works w/ Spectra and Momcozy

I purchased these for my Spectra and Momcozy pump, both pumps worked amazing after having the correct fitting flange size! Def worth the money!

Fits Lansinoh manual pump & Zomee electric pump

These definitely helped! The Lansinoh and Zomee pumps are not listed but I bought them anyway and they fit. I have less pain/damage to my nipple now with these inserts.

Perfect for my flanges

These fit perfectly into my 25mm flanges. I immediately felt more comfort. As I deal with elasticity, these made it so there was less pulling and tugging and I no longer hit the back of the flange tunnel. If you suffer from elastic nipples and find the tunnel of a 21mm flange too short, this is perfect for you!

Game changer! on my review.

Thanks to these 19mm inserts, I’m able to pump more milk compared to the amount using the 24mm flanges that came with my Spectra S1 and Medela Symphony (rental). Easy to use and clean. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Worked For A Little While.

Before buying I read a lot of review and cautioned to try. I too can relate because my size is smaller and I thought I'd give it a shot. I used these with my Medela Sonata 24mm for about 2-3weeks pumping 2-3 times a day while at work. I work full time 5days a week and my little one will be 1yrs old next month. At 1st they were phenomenal! I didn't have a problem with milk getting lodged between the cups. Insert was easy in and out for cleaning. I would clean my parts after each use and air…

Great but wish they were clear

These are simple and great for putting in my Madela Flex 24mm flanges! I just wish they weren’t so opaque. It makes it hard to see if my nipple is positioned properly. Other than that, these are great.

Works well with Elvie.

Definitely worked well with Elvie for me. I was getting only 2 ounces without the flange, and the moment I used it, I was getting my usual 4 to 6 ounces. Worth it!

Very Opaque for my opinion

It's important to make sure your nipples are centered within the breast shield when pumping, which makes it a real shame that these are so opaque. It's almost impossible to tell if you have the breast shield lined up properly. With that being the case, I wish I had just ordered a new set of properly sized breast shields instead of these inserts. Not worth it.

LIFE CHANGING for elastic nipples!

may be TMI but these changed my pumping experience! First time mom. Didn't know why my nipples would explode in size and pull through the flange. I am so glad a YouTuber mentioned getting inserts because my lactation consultant didn't even mention it. These fit perfectly in my spectra s2 flanges (24mm). Make sure you measure your nipple size before pumping and after to get the appropriate fit. After I breastfeed my baby my nipples get larger so I then alternate between this one and the 25mm…

Works well for more comfortable fit

These work great and I’ve bought a couple of them! For the ladies with more elastic bits, I personally don’t recommend trimming them to use in the Elvie as it made the end ridged and caused some discomfort. That was my experience though and I wish I would have bought a silicone cushion instead of trimming these and basically rendering a set useless. Great for spectra and I will buy more!

Arrived late and damaged.

The plastic container they were in arrived cracked and it was a few days later than it was supposed to be. May cause milk to flow in unpredictable patterns!
